Extension of time granted
Upon application of Richard Jay Moller, counsel for appellant Daniel Cervantes, an extension of time in which to serve and file appellant Cervantes's opening brief is granted to July 6, 2020. After that date only two further extensions totaling about 112 additional days are contemplated.
