Appeal from County Court of Sullivan County.

Present — Hill, P.J., Crapser, Heffernan, Schenck and Foster, JJ.


The record clearly establishes that the crime was committed. Defendant admitted to the officers investigating the offense that he was guilty. The evidence sustains the verdict of the jury. Judgment of conviction unanimously affirmed.
