On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the June 14, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted. The Court of Appeals shall consider the issues whether pregnancy is a bodily injury within the meaning of Offense Variable 3, MCL 777.33, and whether the rule of People v Woods, 204 Mich. App. 472 (1994), remains in effect under the legislative guidelines, MCL 777.1 et seq.
