People v. Catanzarite

Supreme Court of Michigan
Apr 16, 1996
451 Mich. 873 (Mich. 1996)

Opinion

Nos. 103646, 103647.

April 16, 1996.

Leave to Appeal Denied April 16, 1996:

Leave to appeal is denied, because, with respect to the issues challenging the defendant's conviction, the Supreme Court is not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed, and because, with respect to the issue challenging the decision to remand for resentencing, it is not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed prior to the further proceedings ordered by the Court of Appeals and any subsequent review by that Court. Reported below: 211 Mich. App. 573.

We would grant leave to appeal.
