DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion pursuant to CPL 460.30, for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of bail order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and operation of the order dated November 8, 2018 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until determination of the appeal, provided the appeal is perfected on or before April 6, 2020.
