Appeal by defendant, as limited by his brief, from a sentence of the County Court, Nassau County, imposed June 21, 1972. Appeal dismissed as moot. We have been informed that since the submission of this appeal defendant has been resentenced. Shapiro, Acting P.J., Gulotta, Christ, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
