The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Michael S. CARTER, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of the Orleans County Court (James P. Punch, J.), entered December 12, 2011. The judgment revoked defendant's sentence of probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment. Joseph T. Jarzembek, Buffalo, for Defendant–Appellant. Joseph V. Cardone, District Attorney, Albion (Katherine Bogan of Counsel), for Respondent.
