Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from the judgments of the Monroe County Court, rendered November 2, 2011 (KA 12-02208), and October 26, 2011 (KA 12-02299),

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Christopher A.
