The citation to (People v. Shields (2007) 155 Cal.App.4th 559, 563, petn. for review pending, petn. filed Oct. 31, 2007), appearing at the end of page six and continuing to the top of page 7, is modified to read (People v. Shields (2007) 155 Cal.App.4th 559, 563.)

This modification does not effect a change in judgment.
