An order of this Court having been entered on January 08, 2019 (M-5808) granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about June 04, 2018, and assigning Caprice R. Jenerson, Esq., Office of the Appellate Defender, as counsel to prosecute the appeal, And an order of this Court having been entered on October 21, 2021 (M-3098) striking the designation of Caprice R. Jenerson, Esq., Office of the Appellate Defender, as assigned counsel to prosecute defendant's appeal, and substituting Robert S. Dean, Esq., Center for Appellate Litigation, as such counsel; and defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved to relieve such counsel and to assign new counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
