Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve response papers with respect to defendant's motion pursuant to CPL 460.15 seeking leave to appeal from an order of the Erie County Court, dated January 22, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael J. Hillery, Esq. sworn to March 7, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of John Carney sworn to March 13, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Clerk of this Court is directed to accept the response to said motion dated March 17, 2015 [sic] and filed on March 21, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the defendant shall file a reply, if any, on or before April 14, 2016.
