2006 N.Y. Slip Op. 51174 (N.Y. App. Term 2006)

Opinion

2004-575 ROCR.

Decided June 6, 2006.

Appeal from judgments of the Justice Court of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County (Victor Alfieri, J.), rendered April 29, 2004. The judgments convicted defendant, upon his pleas of guilty, of petit larceny.

Judgments of conviction affirmed.

PRESENT: RUDOLPH, P.J., ANGIOLILLO and LIPPMAN, JJ.

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v. California, 386 US 738; People v. Green, 21 AD3d 498).

Rudolph, P.J., Angiolillo and Lippman, JJ., concur.
