The petition for review is denied without prejudice to the filing of a petition for writ of habeas corpus asserting prejudicial error arising from trial counsel's alleged failure “to provide counsel and advice as to whether arguably meritorious grounds exist for reversal or modification of the judgment on appeal.” (Pen. Code, § 1240.1, subd. (a); see Bagration v. Superior Court (2003) 110 Cal.App.4th 1677 1689; People v. Bona (2017) 15 Cal.App.5th 511, 516-517.)

Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
