ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the February 21, 2024 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motions to remand, to grant pending motion to remand, to amend application, and to order answers are DENIED. This order is without prejudice to the defendant raising his claim of newly discovered evidence in a successive motion for relief from judgment pursuant to MCR 6.502(G).
