THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. TAYLOR D. CARBONARO, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.
PRESENT:
Appellant having moved for permission to attend scheduled medical appointments,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of David M. Abbatoy, Jr., Esq. dated August 28, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that motion is granted to the extent that defendant is directed to install a GPS monitoring device on his person that will allow the Monroe County Probation Department and the Rocky Mountain Offender Monitoring Service to confirm his precise location at all times, and
It is further ORDERED that if defendant duly installs said GPS monitoring device to the satisfaction of the Monroe County Probation Department and the Rocky Mountain Offender Monitoring Service, he may only attend the medical appointments in the manner thereby referenced in the affirmation of David M. Abbatoy, Jr., Esq. dated August 28, 2015.
