ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The motion to remand for an evidentiary hearing is DENIED.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment.

The motion to remand for resentencing is DENIED, but without prejudice to defendant raising his new arguments under People v Betts, 507 Mich. 527; 968 N.W.2d 497 (2021), in the trial court via a motion filed pursuant to MCR 6.502(G)(2).
