Summary Dispositions April 16, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the orders of the Court of Appeals are vacated, and the case is remanded to the trial court for a hearing pursuant to United States v Tucker, 404 U.S. 443 (1972), and People v Moore, 391 Mich. 426 (1974). MCR 7.302(F)(1). On a showing of indigency, the trial court is to appoint counsel to assist the defendant. In all other respects leave to appeal is denied.
