An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Steuben County Court, rendered June 28, 2017,
Now upon reading and filing the statement of Kenneth R. Calkins dated September 27, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that appellant shall file an original and 5 copies of a pro se supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on assigned counsel and the People pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.8 and 1250.9, on or before November 21, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before December 6, 2018.
