DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Innocence Project to enlarge the time to serve and file an amicus curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 18, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the Innocence Project to serve and file an amicus curiae brief is enlarged until July 8, 2013, and the amicus curiae brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
