Record augmentation granted

Appellant's “Motion to Augment the Record on Appeal,” filed on July 2, 2018, is granted in part as follows: The Clerk of the Court is directed to augment the record with the exhibits attached to the motion. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.155(a)(2).)

On the court's own motion, the superior court is ordered to transmit the following audiotapes to this court: Exhibits 1b, 3b, 4b, 4c, 5b, 5c, and 9b, entered into evidence on March 1, 2006, and Exhibits 59, 67, 68, and 77, entered into evidence at trial. (Cal. Rules of Court, rules 8.610(a)(3), 8.634(a), & 8.224(d).)

Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
