ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the April 29, 2021 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration of the defendant's application under MCR 7.205 in light of the concern articulated in People v Yost, 468 Mich. 122, 124 n 2 (2003).

We do not retain jurisdiction.
