Opinion

No. 2007-07876.

November 18, 2008.

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Latella, J.), rendered July 24, 2007, convicting him of burglary in the second degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, and criminal possession of burglar's tools, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Lynn W. L. Fahey, New York, N.Y. (Barry Stendig of counsel), for appellant.

Richard A. Brown, District Attorney, Kew Gardens, N.Y. (John M. Castellano, Jeanette Lifschitz, and Danielle Fenn of counsel), for respondent

Before: Rivera, J.P., Lifson, Eng and Chambers, JJ.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal.
