Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the motions of defendant-appellant for immediate consideration and to voluntarily dismiss his application for leave to appeal are GRANTED. The appeal is DISMISSED with prejudice and without costs. The motions for funds to hire an expert, to remand and expand the record, to withdraw the plea, and for abeyance are DISMISSED as moot.
