ORDER

Because it appears that appellant did not receive a copy of this Court's June 3, 2022 order, the June 3, 2022 order is reissued to change the date of the order. In all other respects, the June 3, 2022 order remains unchanged, as follows:

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment.

The motion to remand is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the necessity of a remand at this time.
