Davis, Esq. dated July 10, 2013, and the statement of Stephen X. O'Brien, Esq. dated July 12, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 28, 2013 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date February 27, 2013 and inserting in place thereof the date August 15, 2013.
