ORDER

In lieu of granting the application for leave to appeal, the Court orders, pursuant to MCR 7.205(E)(2), that the April 6, 2022 order of the Oakland Circuit Court dismissing defendant's appeal hereby is REVERSED. A defendant may raise certain interlocutory decisions when appealing after entry of a final order. See People v Torres, 452 Mich. 43, 59; 549 N.W.2d 540 (1996). The case is REMANDED to the circuit court for further proceedings consistent with this order.

This order is to have immediate effect, MCR 7.215(F)(2).

The Court retains no further jurisdiction.
