ORDER

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan and Promote the Vote to file a one-page response to the supplemental authority filed by plaintiff-appellee and to have ten minutes of oral argument time separate from that of the parties is GRANTED. On further order of the Chief Justice, the joint motion of the parties to submit supplemental briefs is GRANTED. The supplemental brief of defendants-appellants is due within 35 days of the date of this order and is limited to no more than 4,800 words. The supplemental brief of plaintiff-appellee is due within 21 days of service of the defendants-appellants' supplemental brief and is limited to no more than 4,800 words. The supplemental reply brief of defendants-appellants is due within 14 days of service of the plaintiff-appellee's brief and is limited to no more than 1,600 words.
