Defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 5, 2016, and from the orders of said Court entered on or about February 7, 2017 and March 21, 2017, respectively, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeals to the April 2020 Term.
