DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondent to be provided with access to the grand jury minutes on an appeal by the People from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated March 30, 2012, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 25, 2013, the appellant shall provide the respondent's counsel with a copy of the transcript of the grand jury proceedings; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 25, 2013, and the respondent shall serve one copy of his brief and file nine copies thereof on or before that date.
