Superior Court County of Santa Barbara No. 1276275, James F. Rigali, Judge

California Appellate Project, Jonathan B. Steiner, Executive Director, Richard B. Lennon, Staff Attorney, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Appellant.

No appearance for Respondent.

PERREN, J.

Sandra Bumlanglag-Williamson appeals from an order finding her in violation of her probation and reinstating probation with modified terms and conditions.

On August 30, 2007, appellant pleaded guilty to inflicting injury on a cohabitant (Pen. Code, § 273.5, subd. (a)). Imposition of sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation with terms and conditions, including that she refrain from contacting the victim, her ex-boyfriend Gary Pasko.

On April 3, 2008, appellant was charged with violating her probation by, among other things, repeatedly calling Pasko on his cell phone. Appellant admitted the violation, after which probation was reinstated with modified terms and conditions that included the no-contact order.

On July 10, 2008, Pasko was at the Santa Barbara County Fair when appellant walked up and punched him in the face. Appellant also incited bystanders to attack Pasko by telling them he was a child molester.

In August 2008, appellant was charged with violating her probation based on the July 10 incident. Following a contested hearing, the trial court found appellant in violation of her probation and reinstated probation with modified terms and conditions. This appeal followed.

We appointed counsel to represent appellant in this appeal. After counsel’s examination of the record, he filed an opening brief in which no issues were raised.

On February 6, 2009, we advised appellant that she had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues she wished us to consider. Appellant did not respond.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that appellant's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

We concur: GILBERT, P.J., YEGAN, J.
