An order of this Court having been entered on October 5, 2017 (M-4348) granting defendant-appellant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about August 02, 2017, and assigning Janet E. Sabel, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, as counsel to prosecute the appeal, and said appeal having been perfected, And assigned counsel having moved for leave to file a supplemental brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing assigned counsel to file a supplemental reply brief for the March 2022 Term of this Court, to which Term the perfected appeal is adjourned.
