In a coram nobis proceeding, defendant appeals from an order of the County Court, Richmond County, dated April 26, 1961, denying, without a hearing, his application to vacate a judgment of said court rendered February 25, 1957, after a jury trial, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, and other crimes, and sentencing him to serve consecutive terms of 15 to 30 years on the burglary count and 15 to 30 years on the robbery count; the judgment having been affirmed by this court ( People v. Bryant, 12 A.D.2d 654). Order affirmed. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
