ORDER
Jane M. Beckering, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The prosecutor's confession of error under MCR 7.211(C)(7) is REJECTED. The Court concludes that the issue raised by defendant concerning her January 4, 2021 judgment of sentence warrants plenary review. The matter shall be submitted to a panel of judges according to the ordinary processes of the Court.
