People v. Brunson

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jul 9, 1990
163 A.D.2d 406 (N.Y. App. Div. 1990)

Opinion

July 9, 1990

Appeal from the County Court, Westchester County (Herold, J.).

Ordered that the sentences are affirmed.

The defendant's contention that his sentences constituted cruel and inhuman punishment is unpreserved for review (see, People v Ingram, 67 N.Y.2d 897, 899), and is, in any event, without merit. Thompson, J.P., Brown, Rubin, Balletta and Miller, JJ., concur.
