Appeal by defendant from an order and decision of the County Court, Queens County, dated April 20, 1961, which denied, without a hearing, his coram nobis application to vacate a judgment of said court rendered November 7, 1947 upon his plea of guilty, convicting him, as a second felony offender, of assault in the second degree, and sentencing him to Elmira Reformatory. Order affirmed. No opinion. Appeal from decision dismissed; no appeal lies from a decision. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
