Motion for an extension of time denied as academic in view of disposition of motion decided herein. Motion to dismiss appeal granted unless the appellants procure the record on appeal and appellants' points to be served and filed on or before September 11, 1962, with notice of argument for the October 1962 Term of this court, said appeal to be submitted or argued when reached.
