An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 31, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved for leave to file a pro se supplemental brief in connection with the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, and defendant is directed to serve a copy of said brief upon the District Attorney of said County and to file with this Court an original and five copies of his pro se supplemental brief for the June 2023 Term of this Court, to which Term the perfected appeal is adjourned.
