People of Michigan v. Charles Allen Brown Jr

LC No. 12-004070-FH

Douglas B. Shapiro, Mark T. Boonstra Judges

ORDER

Jane E. Markey Presiding Judge

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment. A remand for reconsideration of the motion is unnecessary because the trial court's order contains a concise statement of the reasons for the court's denial of the motion. MCR 6.504(B)(2); People v Finnie, 504 Mich. 968; 933 N.W.2d 43 (2019).
