DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated April 6, 2021. Motion by the respondent, in effect, to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's former counsel, David D. Narain, 455 Route 304, Bardonia, NY 10954, is relieved of the assignment and directed to turn over all papers in the above-entitled matter to new counsel assigned herein, and pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

11 New Hempstead Road
New City, NY 10956-3664
and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
