Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of Onondaga County Court, rendered November 13, 2012,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered November 13, 2012 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
