People v. Brown

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Sep 16, 1997
242 A.D.2d 438 (N.Y. App. Div. 1997)

Opinion

September 16, 1997

Appeal from Supreme Court, Bronx County (David Stadtmauer, J.).

The verdict was not against the weight of the evidence. Issues concerning credibility and the reliability of identification testimony were properly presented to the jury and we see no reason to disturb its findings ( see, People v. Gaimari, 176 N.Y. 84, 94).

Concur — Murphy, P.J., Sullivan, Ellerin and Williams, JJ.
