Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the former County Court, Kings County, rendered November 14, 1961 after a nonjury trial, convicting him of assault in the second degree, and imposing sentence upon him as a second felony offender. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. [As to affirmance of judgment of conviction of the codefendant Wiley Murphy, see People v. Murphy, 16 A.D.2d 961, affd. 12 N.Y.2d 1029.] Beldock, P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Brennan and Hill, JJ., concur.
