PEOPLE v. BROTHERS (VINCENT EDWARD)


Motion for access to sealed record granted

Appellant's “Motion to Access Sealed and Confidential Portions of the Record on Appeal,” filed on February 28, 2022, is granted as follows. Appellant's counsel is granted access to the sealed and confidential materials listed in appellant's motion and contained in the record for People v. Brothers, S156877, except for the following items that are part of the record on appeal: (1) RT of 1/30/06 - Pitchess hearing (See 1 RT 821), and (2) Juror Information sealed pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 237, subdivision (a)(2) (19 Trial CT 5583-5584 [Minute Order of 5/29/07]). Counsel must supply the personnel and equipment necessary to undertake the review and copying of the records to which access is granted. The review and copying must occur on the premises of the court.
