THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. MARLAND D. BROOKS, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Steuben County Court, rendered March 19, 2012,

Now upon reading and filing the affidavit of Marland Brooks sworn to March 9, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept the ten copies of the pro se supplemental brief filed on March 11, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that the respondent shall file a response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before April 5, 2016.
