PRESENT:

Appellate counsel having moved to withdraw the reply brief for the appeal taken from a judgment of Steuben County Court, rendered March 19, 2012, filed with the Court on October 19, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to October 27, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the reply brief is deemed withdrawn, and

It is further ORDERED that appellate counsel shall file and serve a reply brief on or before December 11, 2015.
