Appeal from County Court of the County of Kings.

Present — Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ. [ 196 Misc. 604.]


Judgment unanimously affirmed. Order of August 2, 1949, modified on the law and the facts by striking from the first ordering paragraph the word "denied" and substituting in lieu thereof the word "granted", and by striking from the last ordering paragraph the following "Brooklyn Plastering Contractors Association, Inc." As so modified, the order is unanimously affirmed as to this appellant. All other orders are unanimously affirmed. (See decision on the appeals by defendants Joseph Valentino and Raphael L. Arra, post, p. 1030, decided herewith.) The sentence was not harsh or excessive.
