PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a supplemental brief on the appeals taken from judgments of the Steuben County Court, rendered July 31, 2013,

Now upon reading and filing the affidavit of Susan BetzJitomir, Esq. sworn to June 22, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that appellant shall file 10 copies of a supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on the People pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.3 (f), on or before August 4, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a supplemental brief in response to appellant's supplemental brief, if any, on or before September 6, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that the appellant shall file and serve a supplemental reply brief, if any, on or before September 21, 2016.
