On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the April 29, 2015 order of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the Genesee County Prosecuting Attorney to file a response to the application for leave to appeal, as to Issues I and III only, within 28 days after the date of this order. The prosecutor shall pay particular attention to the defendant's contention that the sentence imposed for the armed robbery conviction violated the principles set forth in People v Killebrew, 416 Mich 189 (1982).
The application for leave to appeal remains pending.
I, Larry S. Royster, Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, certify that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of the order entered at the direction of the Court.
