ORDERED that Lisa A. Burgess, Esq., P.O. Box 440, Indian Lake, NY 12842-0440, is assigned to represent appellant pursuant to County Law section 722 and in accordance with section 821.2 (b) of this Court's Rules of Practice, and Rebecca L. Fox, Esq., shall forward the necessary minutes and other papers or documents to Lisa A. Burgess, Esq., within ten (10) days of the date of this decision.
