Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Mark Henderson Brady (Attorney Registration No. 20601) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, effective October 15, 2010. Respondent negligently converted third party escrowed funds and failed to safeguard third party funds from creditors. He also recklessly signed an application for credit in which he stated that a business escrow account was a personal account from which he could access personal funds for gambling debts. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.15(a) and Colo. RPC 8.4(c).
